Lake Vida offers private brokerage, maintenance, concierge, remodeling, consulting and project management services for lake homes in Wisconsin’s Lake Country region.
The Lakes
Lake Vida has built a private database of lake properties on the 20 lakes identified in the map below. These areas of Wisconsin’s Lake Country are where we currently provide Maintenance, Concierge and Project Management Services.
Interested in buying or selling a lake home in another area? Lake Vida agents are able to help any buyer or seller on any lake in Southeast Wisconsin – from Lake Geneva and Delevan on the Southern end to Lake Mendota and Monona on the Western end. Â
1. Beaver Lake
Known for its clear blue water and limited public access. Anchored by Chenequa Country Club on its Northwest corner, $5M+ homes have become the standard on this lake.
2. Lake Beulah
Located a bit further away from the primary Lake Country corridor has led to this lake remaining a secret. Several multi-million dollar homes have been constructed on this lake in the past few years, and it is quietly becoming a destination for Chicago and Milwaukee residents looking for a summer lake retreat to entertain.
3. Fowler Lake
Quintessential downtown lake, with sidewalks allowing you to walk the full two mile loop around the lake while stopping to get ice cream on the downtown boardwalk.
4. Golden Lake
One of the more peaceful lakes in Lake Country a bit further off the beaten path. A lot of future potential as development will continue to arrive on this lake.
5. Keesus Lake
Known as a great fishing lake without the weekend ski-boat traffic. Often used as a second home for city families seeking a weekend cottage in the summers that they can get to in under 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.
6. Lac La Belle
Classic, historic lake that has cottage options walkable to downtown Oconomowoc as well as estates hiding in plain sight.
7. Lower Nashotah
Tucked in-between Upper Nashotah and Upper Nemahbin, this lake is not easily accessible by motor boats and is often an oasis for kayakers and paddle boarders in summer. Its green water, lush trees and peaceful nature make it as desirable as any small-to-medium lake in the region.
8. Lower Nemahbin
This lake is directly on the I-94 corridor from Milwaukee and Madison and is experiencing tremendous interest from investors and locals that see the potential to rebuild on a lake that is located close to all restaurants, shopping and metropolitan areas.
9. Moose Lake
A hidden gem tucked in between several of the prestigious lakes in Lake Country. Moose Lake residents are pleased that the lake is big enough to use their pontoons and fishing boats, yet small enough to where the general public usually takes their traffic to other lakes nearby.
10. Nagawicka
Located in the heart of Lake Country with several lake homes walkable to downtown Delafield. Even though Nagawicka is a larger lake, it remains a bit undiscovered and will continue to appreciate in value in the coming years given its proximity to excellent schools, several downtown areas and all highways.
11. North Lake
Expensive but not pretentious lake equally filled with long-term full-time residents and second homes for Milwaukee and Chicago executives. One of the most sought-after lakes for people seeking to maximize their investment.
12. Oconomowoc Lake
Known for its Gatsby-like estates filled with history and privacy. Homes are often passed through generations, so when a home hits the open market, it does so at a premium compared to virtually all other lakes.
13. Okauchee Lake
Known for its wide appeal to many demographics. There are endless channels, bays and topographic details that make this one of the most interesting lakes in the region. Excellent for fishing, fun and family get togethers – there is something on this lake for everyone.
14. Pewaukee Lake
Executives often seek this lake out for its 20 minute proximity to downtown Milwaukee, while still fully capturing the relaxed feel of being in Lake Country. Downtown Pewaukee is located on the east side of this lake, where you can find a beach, boardwalk, coffee shop and many restaurants to choose from.
15. Phantom Lake
Comprised of two lakes in downtown Mukwonago. Highly popular yet remains affordable as far as lake properties go. This lake has both walkability to local shops, while remaining only a 25 minute commute from downtown Milwaukee. These lakes are becoming more popular with buyers each passing year.
16. Pine Lake
Often cited as the most prestigious lake in Wisconsin with almost all properties being estate style homes. Tear down properties can start at $5M.
17. Silver Lake
Known for its clear water and great location. Many areas of the lake remain undeveloped and interest in this lake is increasing.
18. Upper Nashotah Lake
Small lake that feels private in the heart of Lake Country. A few large estates on this lake make it feel like an oasis for people that live here.
19. Upper Nemahbin
One of the most popular small lakes in Lake Country. Paddleboards, pontoons and fishing is constant over the summer, with a few bars and restaurants keeping busy on the South Side of the lake.
20. Waterville Lake
A neighborhood, community vibe permeates in this lesser known lake that is quiet and has some of the more beautifully wooded properties in the Lake Country region.
The Team
Our team is intentionally small and strategically selected to ensure we can always promise expertise and close, committed relationships with our clients.

Aaron
CEO, Broker
Before becoming the Founder and CEO of Lake Vida, Aaron spent 15 years as a trusted legal advisor to multi-generational family businesses and as outside general counsel to a variety of companies nationwide. His approach to law—being the first call clients made for help or advice and prioritizing long-term relationships over transactions—now shapes the philosophy of Lake Vida. During Aaron’s more recent role as President of a local homebuilder, he realized he wanted to do more than build homes; he wanted to improve the entire real estate and homeownership process in Wisconsin. Reflecting on his college summers as an estate keeper on Pine Lake and the inefficiencies he had recently encountered in real estate, he left the homebuilder role to create Lake Vida. His vision: a company dedicated to adding value for lake homeowners at every stage of their journey. Aaron holds a B.A. and J.D. from UW-Madison.

Lotus
Director of Concierge Services
Lotus is a busy body. She takes great pride in the speed at which she can make things happen and is happiest taking care of others. She is originally from Chicago, then spent 10 years in New York after getting her Masters at Columbia University. Lotus brings the urgency and speed of those two cities to Lake Country, without losing the charm and ease of the Lake Country lifestyle. If you can dream it up, Lotus will work to figure out the details of how to make it happen. When she is not working with Lake Vida clients, she travels the world with her mom and spends time at home with Aaron and their Yorkie.

Penelope
Client Services Team
Penelope grew up on a local lake and understands all of the things that can come up when you own a lake home. At Lake Vida, Penelope is a key resource to all clients and works with Aaron to coordinate all real estate and lake home services. Specifically on the brokerage team, Penelope partners with Aaron to create new lake home inventory, communicate with Lake Vida members about non-public listings, and coordinate client support with Lake Vida Maintenance and Concierge team members as needed. Penelope is a well-rounded individual, with a Finance degree from UW-Lacrosse and an Interior Design degree from WCTC. She lives in Lake Country with her fiancé and enjoys being part of a company that is creating a unique local community.

David
Snowbird Services Team
David is an avid fisherman and most days you can find him out on Okauchee fishing the drop off for muskie and pike. For Lake Vida members that leave their lake house to go South for winter, David monitors their homes and provides reporting that’s customized to the desires of each particular client. Whether a client wants a weekly security inspection or simply wants David to “take a look” after a heavy storm, David takes pride in monitoring Lake Vida homes with the same level of attention that he gives his own home.

Diane
Concierge Team
Diane enjoys partnering with Lotus on various concierge services and ensuring that Lake Vida members have what they want, when they want. No one loves dogs more than Diane, and most often Diane works with Lake Vida members in connection with dog sitting for homeowners that do not want to board their cherished furry family members while they are away for a few days or even a few weeks
