Our Lake Home Owner Members use our Maintenance, Concierge and Consulting Services to take everything off of their plate so they can focus on creating memories at their lake home.

Maintenance

  • Weed cutting around pier

Other Maintenance Services will be added upon demand from our Members.  If you need a specific job or service done involving your lake property, please call or email us and we will quote it ourselves or find one of our trusted vendors to provide it directly.

Concierge

  • Home walk through and security check (popular where the lake home is a 2nd home)
  • Post-storm inspections
  • Grocery delivery into fridge/pantry
  • Gas tanks filled in boats, jet skis, other vehicles
  • Propane re-stocking
  • Party set up / take down 
  • Kayak and stand up paddleboard rental coordination and delivery
  • Boat rental coordination
  • Coordinating delivery of furniture and other major deliveries
  • Dog walking and pet sitting
  • Basic Interior Design (non-remodeling)

Consulting & Project Management

If Lake Vida Members have needs that fall outside of the scope of Lake Vida’s Maintenance or Concierge offerings, we will turn to our trusted Lake Vida Vendor Network to provide solutions. 

Our Vendor Network only includes companies and individuals that we would feel comfortable using for our own home.  We work with companies and individuals who will service your home reliably and responsibility – and will perform the work at a fair price negotiated by Lake Vida.  That said, our Vendors tend to be best-in-class and not the “low cost” providers that cut corners and will leave our clients frustrated down the road.

Our role as a Consultant/Project Manager is to serve as the facilitator that sits between a busy homeowner and the vendor responsible for providing the service.  Given that we solely represent the homeowner, we focus on ensuring the homeowner has multiple quality vendors to choose from, including facilitating interviews on-site for large projects. Finally, once a vendor is engaged, Lake Vida can manage the project to completion and provide the homeowner with updates as desired. 
 
We are 100% committed to representing our Lake Vida Members’ interests.  We do not take any referral fees or compensation from our Vendors.  With Lake Vida representing all Lake Vida Members collectively, you can rest assured that you are being treated fairly both in quality and pricing by the Vendor who wants to stay in good standing with the entire Lake Vida network. 

We have Vendors for just about everything you can imagine, but some of the more common Vendor Services include:

  • pier removal or replacement
  • landscaping
  • plumbing
  • boat lift relocation or removal
  • hvac
  • remodeling (beginning june 2025)

Lake Home Service Subscriptions

Lake Vida Members can opt for a la carte services at a rate of $125/hr, or subscribe annually to one of three options:

Home
Assistant

$750 quarterly

Annual on-site meeting to review and agree on the Lake Vida Home Maintenance and Improvement Plan for your home

All calls and emails returned within 1 business day

Includes 10 hours of Lake Vida Maintenance, Concierge and Consulting/Project Management Services

All additional Maintenance, Concierge and Consulting/Project Management Services at a reduced rate of $85/hour

Tier 2

Chief of
Staff

$2,500 quarterly

Up to two on-site meetings per year to review and agree on the Lake Vida Home Maintenance and Improvement Plan for your home

All calls and emails returned within 1 business day

Includes 50 hours of Maintenance, Concierge and Consulting/Project Management Services

All additional Maintenance, Concierge and Consulting/Project Management Services at a reduced rate of $85/hour

Tier 3

Estate
Manager

 $7,500 quarterly

Everything custom based on the size and needs of the estate

Ongoing inspections of the property and corresponding reports

Unlimited on-site meetings per year to review Lake Vida Home Maintenance and Improvement Plan

All calls and emails returned same day, 6 days a week

Access to emergency/same day services
