Public sale option
If our Private Sale Option isn’t for you, we will run a traditional MLS sale process by meeting with you to determine your property’s value and discuss the best time and approach for selling in the then-current market. We will also help you coordinate any repairs that will meaningfully add value to your home, and coordinate the completion of photography, drone and marketing materials. Finally, we will handle and negotiate all offers that come in on your house in a professional and diligent manner.
Simplified fee structure
Unlike most brokers, our fees are transparent and competitive. We typically charge sellers a 3% commission upon a completed transaction; however, if we sell your house to a Lake Vida Buyer Member, we reduce our sell-side commission to 2%.
